The San Angelo™ SA-12037 gambrel is constructed of heavy duty steel, which holds each half of the carcass securely while sawing in half. For best results, cut off rear legs 4" below the knee joints and skin the legs past the large tendons before hanging. Weight capacity is 800 lbs.
