CONSUMER WEB SITE USAGE AND PRIVACY POLICIES

By accessing and using this web site (the “Site”), including, but not limited to IntegrityOutdoorBrands.com, GCIOutdoor.com, RIOAdventureProducts.com and SanAngeloproducts.com, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Integrity Outdoor Brands (IOB) and its affiliates and subsidiaries are superseded with respect to subject matter.

CONSUMER PRIVACY POLICY

• IOB values and protects the privacy of web site visitors. This PRIVACY POLICY applies to all information submitted to or collected by IOB.

• IOB collects two types of information from registered users:

  • Personal data such as name, address, e-mail address, and phone number

  • Web site usage data such as information about traffic patterns i.e. how number and frequency of users logging on per day

• Personal data is collected during registration for the IOB e-mail subscriber list and opt-in responses to research surveys.

• IOB gathers site usage information from both registered and non-registered users. Usage information (such as pages viewed during a visit) is collected through various means; i.e. through an IP address, which is a number that is automatically assigned to a computer when a user is browsing the web.

• IOB will only use information that is willingly provided to IOB.

• IOB will never knowingly collect, post or distribute any personal information for children under the age of 18 without their parents’ or guardians’ legal permission. Users under the age of 18 should not submit personal information to IOB without the approval of a parent or legal guardian.

• IOB may, at any time, and without notice, revise the CONSUMER PRIVACY POLICY by updating this posting.
  
  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Site and all of its contents, including, but not limited to, all text, images and video (the “Content”) are owned by IOB with all rights reserved unless otherwise noted. Any Content that is a logo or marked is also a registered or unregistered mark of IOB. Consumer use of any content, except as provided by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS or without the prior written permission of the Content owner and IOB, is prohibited. IOB will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

• You may not download images or videos of people or places.

• You may download Content (except for images or videos of people or places) for non-commercial or personal use provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the Content.

• You may not distribute, modify, copy, transmit, display, reuse, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, sell or otherwise use the Content without IOB’s written permission.

• You are prohibited from using the Site to post or transmit anything infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, libelous, inflammatory, pornographic, profane or any material or information that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.  IOB will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authority or court requesting IOB to disclose the identity of anyone posting or transmitting any such materials or information.

• You are prohibited from using the Site to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation.

• The Site may contain links to sites external sites owned or operated by parties other than IOB. Such links, including but not limited to, social networking sites (e.g. Facebook®) and video sites (e.g. YouTube®), are provided for your convenience only. IOB does not control and is not responsible for the content or policies on, or security of, such external sites. Without limiting the foregoing, IOB specifically disclaims any responsibility if such sites:

• Infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights;

• Are inaccurate, incomplete or misleading;

• Do not provide adequate security;

• Contain viruses or other items of a destructive nature; or

• Are libelous, scandalous, defamatory, vulgar or obscene.

• If you establish a link to sites owned or operated by parties other than IOB, you do so at your own risk and without the recommendation or permission of IOB.

• Software and other materials from this Site may be subject to United States Export Control. The United States Export Control laws prohibit the export of certain technical data and software to certain territories. No software from this Site may be downloaded or exported.
